By using this website or AS, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

The service

AS is software that helps sellers operate sales funnels on Telegram. Access is granted to approved customers under a proposal or agreement.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for your content, offers and customers, and for complying with the laws that apply to your business.
• You must follow the rules of Telegram and of your payment providers.
• You will not use the service for unlawful, deceptive or abusive activity.

Payments

Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms. Fees, billing cycle and cancellation for the service are defined in your proposal or agreement.

Availability and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.

Termination

You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these terms or applicable law.

Governing law
